Postdoctoral Opportunities in Ceramics Division

The Ceramics Division has several opportunities for research via the National Research Council Postdoctoral Research Associateship Program.

Application are due August 1, 2008 and February 1, 2009 with decisions in October, 2008 and April, 2009 for starting dates 4 to 12 months after decisicion.

Eligibility: Doctoral Degree
US citizenship
Location: Gaithersburg, MD
Duration: Two-Year Appointment
Stipend: $61,700
$5,500 to support professional travel,
books, miscellaneous research equipment
Benefits: Relocation expenses to Gaithersburg, MD,
Government health, life insurance, and retirement plan

NOTE: You must be a U.S. citizen in order to take part in the National Research Council Postdoctoral Research Program.
